Kendal Daniels deciding on August 1st on where he's going
Guess he finally figured out that his GF is an ou softball commit. I'm not worried, he would best play on defense..Lincoln would make him a slot.Thiefery
What do you think about Lincoln Riley going after your prized commitment?
Not a good look
DB, Proctor to OSU
Safety Hill to Mich
And now Daniels to aTm
OU can't keep good to great instate DB's. It's not like that's a position of need, the last 5 years.
Watch his tape, and keep in mind he's playing against the worst competition in the state. Instincts and awareness are off the charts, but he's going to get torched in any league he plays in college at safety. But he's dead set on playing it. You add some weight on him and fix his atrocious tackling, and he could be a special linebacker in time. Sounds like OU had enough and just moved on.Not a good look

That's the thing, ou should have let him commit and let him start at Safety.. When he sees a guy like Byron Washington, he'll see the light and move to a LB spot. ou taking back it's offer is dumb, kid is talented.. but great for ou, defense will always be the weakness for them.I view him as Overshown light. Not quite the athlete Overshown was, but he would still be a very athletic LB. Overshown finally caved on the “I’m a safety” nonsense this year. (Unfortunately, he did it in a year w/o spring ball). I think this kids development will be the same. If he accepts the move early, he will probably be fine. The longer he fights it, the worse off it will be for him.
oh wow what a domination for a team that lost by 7 points..but you are right they are really good..the LSU game was just an off night like bama the season before, right?.. or GA the year before that? Can you imagine calling someone else's defense "always a weakness". Then watch your team getting dominated up front to the tune of 9 sacks, and 15 tackles for loss by said team? You know you have problems when you get pushed around by a middle of the road defense, at best.

Had some better ranked classes than this when they were in the MWC!
