The Hollywood Park development around the stadium will include the new Hollywood Park entertainment complex and master-planned neighborhood with over 8.5 million square feet (790,000 m2) for office space and condominiums, a 12-screen Cinepolis movie theater, ballrooms, outdoor spaces for community programming, retail, a fitness center, a lake with a waterfall fountain, a luxury hotel, a brewery, high-scale restaurants and an open-air shopping and entertainment complex. There will also be team stores for the Chargers and Rams. The first new establishment to open service on the site was the new Hollywood Park, which opened on October 21, 2016. Not to mention walking distance to the future LA Clippers arena.

So basically the Chargers will never have a home game. It'll be a nice attraction for opposing teams fans for a weekend getaway.

After the Covid thing theaters might be on the way out. But this is the way to go, not just a movie but a whole night out experience. These types of theaters are popping up everywhere and the only thing ours doesn't have in that description is the push button. Still stand in line but the will bring the food to your seat. Some of it aint bad either.

Haven driven by it a number of times, at least from the outside, the stadium is gorgeous. But I have to say, after reading the above, it does kinda look like a giant roomba.

Maybe city homerism but the Benz looks much better outside.

I've been to Jerry World and the Benz in ATL of these newer domes...I can say they're getting more interesting looking these days and the interior are basically hi tech entertainment zones. There are so many places to see the game in the Benz that many forget they paid for a seat...could be the product on the field too...lol

Maybe in 2 or 3 years, we'll be jamming stadiums again, but in the near term, as in next year...fans in Vegas might not being able to attend.
