He proposed a bet... handi accepted it with terms. If he had a problem its termd it’s on him to reject them. Otherwise, he would be free to either 1) say “I won” or 2) say I never agreed.

Handi was demanding points. If Handi has offered a straight up bet then maybe but that is not the case. And legally speaking, silence is never acceptance.

you can’t say that changing the terms after an offer is made is automatic acceptance. if you make an offer to buy a house and they “accept” but say you have to pay $100k more, then that isn’t the same offer.
