With victories over Georgia Southern and Auburn and in a bowl, this class can tie the Southeastern Conference record of 48 victories set by the class that Urban Meyer signed in 2006, his second season at Florida. (See a trend?) That class won two national championships.

The BCSCG is our destiny...

Will you win your conf this year?

It's funny every time you say that, because both Bama Oregon lost to the same team, so if we were to switch places, Oregon would be the one not going to conference championship. You act like it's so different for Bama than Oregon because your going to one. Alabama played LSU a lot harder than Oregon and we should have beat them, but I guess Oregon didn't take this game serious because it was out of conference. I'm sure the Mighty Ducks would have spanked LSU had it been a conference game, because they take care of business in conference right?

You just need to feel fortunate that your ducks are in the Pac 12.

Most likely we will face Oregon in a bowl game unless they pair up with one of the blob-10 schools..

Unfortunately we ain't gonna be playing the ducks unless LSU and Okie st both lose a game and we meet in the NC. Oregon will get the Big 10 champ, and we will get Houston or the Pac 12 #2 Stanford.

I wish we did get Oregon... Either way for a title or just for bragging rights. Sadly that probably won't happen. If LSU drops one and the two teams they beat play for the NC... :L OMG the outcry from the bayou would be intense.

It's a lot easier to beat a team like Oregon in the beginning of the season than the middle.

Teams tend to gel and come together over the length of a season. I don't think LSU beats Oregon as bad as they did if this game was played now as opposed to the beginning of the season.

For the record, I think Bama is a better team than Oregon. But Bama won't win their division or conference without help, Oregon doesn't have that problem.

OU has the worst loss of all the one loss teams, but because nobody wants a rematch, they may backdoor their way in, as usual, and get cremated.

True, but that goes for both teams. Let's not forget that LSU had some serious issues going on when they played Oregon. I would say that they have improved a lot as well. There is room to say that they might beat them even worse. Not to mention that LSU has been pretty fortunate in the injury dept this year.

I still think LSU beats them......I just don't think they blow them completely out of the water. Let's face it, Oregon really isn't in most of the SEC's league in terms of their size and speed. They like those small, quick guys, and they are just physically overmatched against most SEC teams.

I still think if OU beats OSU they backdoor their way in and get destroyed, as usual.

He's got a point though. Oklahoma has a good offense, but that's it. LSU and Bama would shut that shit down.

LSU/Bama are on a different level that UT right now, so that's irrelevant. I don't know about T-Tech though, they'd put a whooping on LSU I think...lol.

The 2008 Hurricane class has NOT followed up on its potential.

The Miami NW 8 have mostly been a bust.

OU won't have their leading rusher or WR, so their offense isn't that great. And you'll NEVER get Mark to admit their defense isn't that great, you can just give that up.

He seriously thinks OU is on LSU and Bama's level. They aren't even close.

I read an article the other day about Bama's 08 class. You gotta love when class pans out. Of course a lot of it is coaching.

Georgia's "dream team" is already providing a big boost as true freshmen.
