The thing that really sucks is it seemed like since he stepped away he loved the game enough that he wanted to counsel a lot of the young guys and be a mentor since the competitive fire was done

A lot of young ones going to miss getting schooled from one of the best to ever lace em up

myles stated his happiness for kobe's passing. Hammer called him out. So the oldtimer is fully backing myles

I'm not gonna name names and make this political but it's ironic that our justice system is only crooked in somes eyes when it is targetting someone they adore. But if it's a basketball player that mofo is guilty on sight

The only person who fans are allowed to wish death on is Colin Kaepernick. Maybe Kevin Durant and LeBron, too.

There are some would be Tom Brady killers here too

looking forward to going to work tomorrow.

Need to get my mind away from this Kobe passing.

Can't stop thinking about him, his family, and everyone who died in the accident

Only two other deaths in my lifetime have been as shocking and as horrible, and i doubt that youre old enough to remember them. The John F Kennedy assissnation in 1963 and the Martin Luthern King assissnation in 1968. Some people would probably consider Robert Kennedy's murder as big and devastating, but i wasnt old enough care about politics and many people will argue the Michael Jacksons death was equally as big, and i was extremely shocked, but not nearly as take .as back because 1. Michael was older and 2. Most likely a pedo where Kobe was simply above reproach. So this will take you a few weeks to adjust and as you get older, you will see people die young. its part of life and always hurts
Yes good comment, I lost a child in 1976, she was only 13 years old. I think of her daily and I will never forget the day she passed. We say time will always heal wounds, but the scars will always remain.

I hope (and I would think this was true) that her passing meant 1000x more to you than Kobe Bryant's or anyone else's.

I can think of nothing worse than losing a child. Literally, nothing would be worse to me.

I witnessed my mother bury my brother when i was 18, and my Brother in law when he buried his 16 year old son to cancer and two others. You never get over the loss of your child and you still cry yourself to sleep sometimes

This is true, it took a lot from me when my brother died. He was 28, i was 18 and my mother was greiving herself to death. i had to step in and take her past it

He is still going to be respected by the Admin, sometimes its smarter to not stir things up with some people
Yeah maybe, but I'm a bit of a rebel. My thinking that everyone is equal on the SportsHoopla.

Yeah, that's strange. I'll just assume he's having a senior moment.
