Being favored in every game doesn't mean that your team is likely to win EVERY game. There will be a stumbling block.
No kidding! Iowa State was favored in 10 games this season. That should have been clue number 1 that the Big Xii was weak as goose poo.

Great! I love ISU playing OU after the Sooners play Texas and before Oklahoma State. Cyclones will probably still lose, but I like the placement of the game.

Hosting Florida State will be exciting, our schedule is very weak though and we'll still somehow find a way to lose two games

I don't think it is too weak. Nice OOC schedule with 4 FBS Bowl teams including an ACC team and a road game @ Marshall across the country and NO FCS teams. At least Boise State is trying. If the Broncos go 13-0, they will definitely be the G5 rep to NY6 and with a bit of P5 chaos, one never knows...

With the amount of games the MWC plays on alternative days, I'm sure it'll be discussed with the networks.

That is not necessarily a true statement.

Having the 4 bowl teams is something that not many will have, but I wanted to see another P5 team. We're not going to receive any respect from most for playing at Marshall.

The other thing I hate is how the every year conference schedule split works

The current group of Hawai'i, UNLV and San Jose State that we play in 2019 and 2020 is significantly worse than San Diego State, Fresno State and Nevada. I wish there was more balance there

No, not 100%, but it's hard to be 13-0, the MWC is one of the two best G5 Conferences (with the AAC), and the OOC schedule is better than most. I'd be fairly confidant that 13-0 Boise State grabs the G5 spot in the NY6.

Actually I guess I was blanking there, we're still working out the tv deal so this actually makes sense

We're apparently going to be on all the networks, the rest of the league is on CBSSN and Fox apparently.

Cincinnati the top contender from the AAC has Nebraska OOC on the road, they also play all of the top teams in the AAC next year. They would definitely get it over us

'Twould be something if BOTH BSU and UC go 13-0! It could happen of course (2009) comes to mind, but it is highly unlikely. Chances are neither will run the table.

Ohio State has an away game against Oregon. That looks like the toughest game until we get into the meat of the big 10 schedule.

Texas has an away game against LSU, and that doesn't look too promising.

I'll give UC a good shot at it

We're not going undefeated, we always have two games we don't show up to

Better than 2019

Have USC instead of Duke
Georgia instead of South Carolina
and
LSU on the road instead of at home.
Auburn is at home instead of on the road.

Rest is similar.

The B1G office must hate Sparty. While you do get 3/5 at home, two of 'em are Michigan and Ohio State. I'd be surprised if any other team has a stretch like that one. Only way that could be any worse is if BYE and Penn State were switched.

That ain't a bad OOC IMO. Decent G5s a P5 and BYU.

And seven home games. That's a good accomplishment for a G5. :suds:

Even '13 and '14 when they won the SEC East two years in a row?:noidea:

They were legitimately good in 2013, but in 2014, it was when I first started saying Mark Richt needed to go. We went up to Columbia and beat them 34-0, but Richt pulled his annual choke job against Florida and Spurrier's South Carolina to let a team we skunked and a team that lost to a terrible Indiana team play in the SECCG over us.

Yeah, it'd be close. They also have Western Michigan, Austin Peay and Miami (Ohio) for their OOC games. And it does look like their conference slate will be better than yours at this point.

It would be interesting to see who gets the slot if both are conference champs and Boise State is 13-0 and Cincinnati is 12-1.

I mean, I get Miami isn’t great but they aren’t complete and utter trash either.
