He certainly got off to a rocky start, a start that found some here declaring him a bust and suggesting that the team draft Tua (at the time) or Burrow. Now that he appears to have steadied himself, I wonder if there has been a shift in POV’s.

As I hate your team I hope you don't draft Burrow.

My team won't get him either, which is a shame, but I hope he goes somewhere that I can tolerate. He won't though.

As it is I bet he goes to Cincy and that is just as bad as going to you guys.

But - I think Haskins is showing a lot of promise now.

Having said all that, I'd prefer you guys getting Burrow over CINCY.

I dont see Burrow not being drafted by Cincinnati but I think having Chase Young would be a solid pick. The problem with the Redskins and every other team in the top of the draft is that they need to find the right coach. If you do not have the right coach where he can control the locker room you can go draft whoever it will not translate to wins.

I don't think Haskins is a bad QB but the mood of the team seems like the veterans are just playing for the next contract and nobody is putting in their top effort because the head coach got fired mid season and nobody really knows who will still be on the team by next season and that is not he situation you want your young QB to be in

My point of view has not changed. I felt he should play about when the started him. I think the jury is still out but it is swinging in a positive direction. I see no reason to draft a QB with that 1st round pick. I think Redskin fans should be encouraged by some of the young talent we have seen this year.

My 1st round pick would be Young or best graded OT.

This was a 3-4 win team when the season started. Haskins should have been playing from the beginning, Gruden didn't want that/him since his job security rested on wins/losses. There was NO real effort put into Haskins the first 5 games of the season and while Gruden thought Keenum would translate into wins, it translated into 0-5 and his job, good riddance! Hopefully another failed season under Snyder results in Allen losing his job as it should. We need REAL football people in house to actually really change the culture in and outside the building. We have a very good young nucleus, let's keep adding to it and hire a leader of men so the team can swing the pendulum. Haskins is no bust, he actually gained momentum as each game was played and showed signs of special things to come from him and the young core. We could stand to draft another rookie in late rounds and or bring in a vet. Please no more Case or Colt, enough of that broken record. Haskins is the future, for now...

its still too early but he is trending upward

a full off season and TC will be telling . we should see major improvement

if not we will be in position to draft another qb in 2021

now i think we got what i wanted to see out of haskins

he saw real defenses in real game action , took his lumps early and improved as the season went on . no matter what offense we get next year he should be ahead of the curve . . i think we should get simpler terminology in our calls

what we need is better protection , a playmaking TE he can rely on and a defense that lives up to its billing

i think we have a lot of young talent in place with more to come and this team could mature into a great team if we get the right leadership in

when the season is over i will give out my plan to move forward

I can't put a percentage on it, but over the last game and a half that Haskins has played its dropped significantly for me. I also like what I see from Sims of late.

I am excited by the youngsters on offense, but the defense is troubling and while Manusky isn't ready to be a Def Co yet. Its not all on him or his fault. And whoever is the Skins DB coach, they should've fired him a while ago.

Haskins has played very well the last couple games. Well enough to put to bed the idea of drafting a QB. Burrow will be the first pick for sure so we will (should) draft Young.

Haskins is the future for now, but way too early to say he won’t bust. We really shouldn’t judge that until year 3.

I don't see how he is even in bust consideration. He is learning a new system, his offensive line is ok. No elite gamechangers on either side of the ball.
Probably got his confidence slighty shaken after being thrown in giants game.
I'd need a full season before making such a serious call.
Daniel Jones looks great with Barkley, but they are still drafting top 5 too.

Ceiling is a hair less than Big Ben. Floor is what he is now without any improvement.

Ceiling is the best ever for this team and one of the best of all time leaguewide, floor is right now. Isn't that essentially true of all new, promising, franchise type QB's? Wasn't this said by the teams drafting...
