As soon as I type the work "troll," dirty Oscar comes running like a diseased raccoon to a spilled garbage can.

All I asked for was a home and home, and you facepalmed it.

It was a pathetic display right up there with Florida fans every time they lose.
So you admit it hasn't happened with any other OSU losses at all, and that the legitimate gripe OSU fans have over Clemson was an isolated incident. Odd premise to start an entire thread, especially one comparing us to college football's scum of the earth in Gainesville.

You were one of the few. Your Buckeye brothers should take notes.
That is true at times I am a man among boys. That is mainly when I am in FL.

My goal was to piss off two fan bases at once with a thread that was fairly legitimate at the same time.

But seriously, I’d be embarrassed if I were an OSU fan after the way y’all acted over the weekend

I'd be embarrassed if I were a UGA fan for your incompetent head coach letting the most talented QB in the program's history leave only to run the most pathetic offense in the nation outside of maybe Michigan State, yet here you are.

And don't be so stupid as to think your immediate reaction wouldn't have been identical if the same thing happened to you. When there are multiple officiating experts out there even saying things were botched, it's a valid thing to be pissed about.

I’m not on the field, so I don’t get embarrassed by my team’s performance.

And I’d be pissed that my team let two plays determine the outcome of the game. There’s 4 quarters, if two plays are the difference, it’s nobody’s fault but your team’s.

Yet, the fact that basically every OSU fan on here (myself included) has also brought up the fact that we repeatedly shot ourselves in the foot is conveniently left out by you. Truth is, it's possible for OSU to have been the better team, shoot themselves in the foot, and also get fucked over repeatedly by the officials. Anyone who watched the game knows this.

When you bitch about the refs, that’s all anyone will remember because it’s pathetic.

It’s right up there with the Michigan fans bitching that OT 4th down play against Ohio State a few years ago.

It's really not, though, considering multiple officiating experts said the officials fucked up that night. Can't think of another major game recently where this was the case.

OSU fans haven't bitched about the refs for a loss at any time in recent memory. Yet you find it necessary to start a thread the one time they do, even when it's supported by actual experts. Reeks of a fan of an overrated team that's pissed off about their former megastar prospect going elsewhere and succeeding while his own QB is horrible.

Is it because they're so much alike?

I've noticed from both teams, when they lose, it's never good game from the fans, it's always the refs or some other lame excuse.

I didn't know this was a "thing"..... really.

I don't really hate them. well maybe a little.

I just think its funny that some gaytor fans, one in particular, can't get over the fact that a coach left team and wen't elsewhere. I guess its hard when one finds out their program is a "stepping stone" and not a destination...... :D:D

It’s funny the rules expert during the game agreed with both calls, as did I.

It was pathetic.

no it isn't . not when the calls were blatantly wrong. My #1 was the fumble recovery returned for a TD.

Shocking that the jilted fan of a team watching from the sidelines while their native son plays for something meaningful agreed with something that went against him.

I'm taking the word of guys like Dean Blandino and Terry McAulay (among others) who are highly-respected and know what they're talking about.

The fumble was the most egregious one. However, call the targeting what you want, but missing a blatant 15-yard penalty against Chase Young on the same play that would've dramatically affected that drive is inexcusable.

I wished Justin Fields nothing but the best when he left. Had no ill will and still have no I’ll will towards him.

And at any rate it doesn’t matter if the calls were wrong(they weren’t). You say good game to the opposing fans and move on, not pitch a hissy fit for two days, especially when OSU had every chance in the world to put the game away, but didn’t.

If it's affecting your delicate sensibility so much, then leave the board. It's a college football discussion board. The refs blew multiple calls that would have had a major impact on the game. Here's the thing: neither team played a perfect game. Both teams had great plays and bad plays. Only one team was also on the receiving end of some extremely controversial calls. If you don't understand why die-hard fans are pissed about it, then you must not understand sports.

I really dont care what the other fans do, that is on them.

I do agree those calls were close and did shift momentum but they did not decide the game.
