More talented everywhere? You're losing a possible first round QB, every starting O lineman except one and your starting TE and a WR. Those are just the Srs on Offense so who knows if all your Jrs are coming back. Thats a lot of new faces. Who's your QB next season?

Our "starting TE" missed half the season. The starter for the last several games is returning.

It is entirely possible that Oregon's QB for next season has not arrived yet. Butterfield is a highly touted prospect, we'll see how he performs in camp.

Most of the replacements were more highly thought of recruits. All aren’t necessarily more talented but a lot of them are

Ok but a team full of Sr starters are almost always better than a bunch who haven't had as much playing time. Thats what makes USC interesting for next season. Their freshmen and Sophomores played significantly (the whole secondary and QB) this season.

After we finishing outrecruiting USC again, I'm not too worried.
LOL. Yeah you shouldn't worry. USC only has the top rater passer coming back throwing to NFL WRs and Oregon has ( to be announced later because we don't know) at QB.
I'm definitely not high on Helton these days but that team coming back is going to do damage. A whole lot of returning starters and the skill positions are set. And remember USC had the #4 recruiting class in 2018 and they will be prominent next season. Eight of them started last season and four more played a lot.

Most have USC picked to win the PAC seeing how they return 17 starters including Slovis.
Oregon’s Defense will be better next year. Offense losing a lot, but gotta love the big receivers coming in. Not worried about OLine that is Cristobal’s strength. Dollars will be unleashed at RB next year. I like Shough the QB in waiting a lot, but all that remains to be seen

How well did that top rated passer do passing to NFL WRs vs. Oregon this year?

I don't know man. All but one new O lineman and a new QB who might not even be on campus yet. Sounds like some iffy offense to start at least

So he'll still be young next year.

He's got 10 starts under his belt. If he's young is your reply then why tell me about how good Oregon will be with a whole bunch of new players with even less experience and a QB with none. lol

A lot of them are getting snaps and playing well now. If Shough is the real deal, Ducks won’t take a step back

So Slovis isn't the real deal because he didn't look good early in the season, but played all year and improved substantially yet Shough is for sure going to keep Oregon at the level needed to skate through the Pac despite only getting backup reps all year. Sounds legit.
