Front 7 is terrible other than Kennard and Flowers. Snacks was decent today but nowhere near the dominating force he is supposed to be. LBs are flat out bad. C Jones can not cover a RB I have said it a billion times. He can not do it. Davis is too stupid to play in this defense. Tavai is average.

Stafford had too many miscues and cost the game still despite a bad defensive effort it was winnable. This is the first game I didnt like Bevel's play calling. Most of the second half was abysmal. For example. Puts Hock on the outside vs a CB and then instead of having him run an inside route where he can use his body he lets himrun outside where the quicker man can bet him to the ball. And I have no idea what that last play was. Just a stupid mess.

I know you aren't trying to blame Stafford of all people for this loss. Without Stafford, this team would be easily 0-7.

One play left and you send 80% of your passing attack to the sidelines and throw to your third string TE.

That defense could be promising if they could acquire one or two more really good pass rushers.

I see no reason to believe there will be improvement.


All the franchise has done is regress since Caldwell was fired. And that isn't going to miraculously go the other way.
