9/10 - Bears' defense, impossible to run against them, Rodgers frustrated
3/10 - Packers' offense, about 4 solid passes, no running game, cannot pass-block
1/10 - Bears' offense, some miserable drives, bad penalties, no passing game, GB not mounting great pass rushes
