Was your clue when Nebraska ran up 50 yards of offense against UM in 3 1/2 quarters?!? Martinez did have 10 yards of total offense (22 passing, -12 rushing) during that time, which is extremely impressive.

It was game 3 of an (0-6) start.

You got something that nobody else did?

ANYTHING?

Michigan beat Colorado in Ann Arbor.
Nebraska beat Colorado in Boulder.

Michigan beat Baylor in Ann Arbor
Nebraska beat Baylor in Waco

You got anything else?

ANYTHING?

I just gave you the ONLY thing you could possibly use to compare the teams. Common opponents. Everything else is make believe.

You can put all the team stats you want, but they didn’t play the same teams, so it is pointless.

The ONLY barometer we have are common opponents and UM most definitely dominated both opponents, while Nebraska did not. Plain and simple. Hell — you almost lost to Colorado:pound:

I remember Michigan fans when we were as low as Nebraska is right now with the same excuses.

And FYI, no one else held Nebraska to 50 yards of offense and their QB to 10 yards total and no one else beat you by SEVEN TOUCHDOWNS and no one else pulled their starters at the half against you:pound:

I know I've said it before, but I can't tell you how much I enjoy seeing UoM fans reduced to "HEY! We're better than Nebraska! Sort of!"

You were the one that brought up how crappy the Big 12 was.

Your Big 10 opponents went (0-5) in their bowl games. All lost by double digits.

Michigan's out-of-conference opponent Notre Dame even lost their bowl by double digits.

He said ‘sort of’ — I think last year established ‘sort of’ is out the window, unless you are saying Nebraska has ‘sort of’ hit rock bottom.

I’m sure you will come back with, it was at Ann Arbor and if it was in Lincoln, you’d of only lost by 4 touchdowns.

If only the two teams played common opponents — we could put this game of make believe to rest.

Oh wait, they did have common opponents?!? Well I’m sure Nebraska had to of demolished those teams, while Michigan struggled to win.

Feel free to add on to your excuses or talk about more teams that only one of them played. It is really productive.

Tell me again about that paper tiger defense.

Didn't matter where it was played. It was game 3 of an (0-6) start.

Nebraska had a brand new coach and staff, installing brand new offensive and defensive schemes, with a true freshman QB.

I'm glad you feel so good about that resounding win.

Keep grasping at straws. I guess when you have nothing else to look forward to — you go back and research 20 years ago to justify a championship gifted to Tom Osborne for his retirement.

I already addressed that.

Michigan played both Colorado and Baylor at home in Ann Arbor.
Nebraska played both Colorado and Baylor on the road @Boulder and @Waco.

Excuse after excuse after excuse. I’m sure Nebraska will be back to being a middling team in the B1G West in no time.

Oh yeah — I forgot those excuses and how home field advantage is worth 3+ touchdowns.

Excuse after excuse after excuse. Sad to see what Nebraska has become.

I like how Michigan fans were the first ones to post in a thread about our band and have pushed it to 14 pages.

How'd this post work out for you when I got you all flustered telling you the truth about Michigan's paper tiger defense against Penn St in 2017. You spent 5 pages with your same distraction BS instead of debating the team/task at hand which was Penn St. I tried to warn you that Michigans paper tiger defense was about to get ass r*ped. I was right of course.

Awesome Karma here vvvvvvvvvvvvv

The point is — Nebraska fans don’t have a clue what playing defense is, because they are forced to watch teams urinate all over their own team on a weekly basis.

When UM has played OSU since 1897 and have NEVER given up 58 points to them, yet Nebraska has given up 58 and 62 the past two years. Not many people are going to take what you say seriously.

But you are better than Illinois and Rutgers. So you have that going for you:thumb:

It was the word "band" in the thread title that triggered them.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA

I remember those days where my fandom consisted of taking pleasure on other team successes, as my team was almost as sad as Nebraska is currently.

Don’t worry. You will get out of that hole and be back to finishing in the middle of the pack in the B1G west in no time.

I know K-State's band driector, he's a BuckNut. Maybe he should call up his alma mater with some choreography ideas for the big game.
