"I should be the one playing for the title!"He just keeps saying it’s not fair or should be him
He had more points, I was the sole possession of the two see though, he was three. He beat me once back in week 3who won h2h during the season? most points? Did he win anything?

ok well understand the complaint but you are still winner by rules (espn gives u options for tiebreaker but needs to be done before the season starts)He had more points, I was the sole possession of the two see though, he was three. He beat me once back in week 3

how is it unfair?I agree with him that it is unfair... But if he doesn't have a valid solution, then the default is the way to go..
I guess my point would be. Regardless if he has a solution. That is posted as the rule. If he was on the other side would we be changing the rule mid seasonI agree with him that it is unfair... But if he doesn't have a valid solution, then the default is the way to go..
No ten teams , no divisions. I was 9-4 he was 8-5. He just had more overall points.so it was a division thing why you were the better seed??

there is no fair way to change the rules in the middle of the playoffsLook at it this way... There is NO WAY that he can come up with a fair solution in time, that would ALL be voted upon... So basically what you are doing is allowing him to get heard, and squashing it passively... Instead of using the I AM COMMISH ThIS IS thE WAY STRATEGY...
and if he does come up with a fair way, then it is fair...

and i say good riddence hes nothing but a sore loserThat's really something that should have a rule in place before the season starts. I run my money league on ESPN, but the tie-breaker for playoff games for my league is bench points. Is that an option on ESPN, nope, but that's what the tie-breaker is. Just because it's set that way on ESPN doesn't mean that you have to follow that, we certainly don't in the MBBRL. Out of curiosity, do you guys use decimal scoring and still tied? I only ask that, because changing to decimal scoring eliminates most instances of ties. If you don't use decimal scoring, I'll bet that would be a fair way to decide who wins, just calculate what each person's score would have been using decimal scoring (but only if that method makes you the winner, LOL). If it was me, since there is no rule in place, the fairest way to do it would be to have both of you advance to the final and have a three way match for the championship. If you pay out multiple spots then what you'd have to do is the most points wins the league, the 2nd most points finishes 2nd, and you'd have to use whoever has the 3rd most points and match their point total up against the other team that lost their semi-final matchup to see who finishes 3rd and 4th. It's not fair to the guy that lost the other semi-final to just automatically finish 4th when he didn't even get a chance to play against anybody this week. Good luck on what you decide. It sucks because it sounds like if you do anything other than let him play for the championship that you are going to lose a player for next year.
