I really like that some of the bigger programs are giving some up and coming coaches a shot. I like Ole Miss's hire, considering they usually take coaches who are past their prime. Illinois gets some credit too.

I think they're finally figuring out that that's the way to go

I'm going to look at the remaining jobs and state who I think they should hire

Arkansas State- they have the talent in this program now so they need to make a good one, I like the idea of hiring Pat Hill(though not realistic) or going the small school route with Willie Fritz of Sam Houston State or Clint Conque of Central Arkansas, maybe Jeff Monken of Georgia Southern.
Penn State- I think they should be realistic and grab Tom Murphy of Harvard, he's an underrated coach who definitely does things the right way.
Arizona State- this has been such a mess, they can fix it by grabbing someone like Robin Pflugrad of Montana or Rob Ashe of Montana State.
Akron- hasn't been a lot of noise lately on this, Paul Winters of Wayne State is the right way to go.
Southern Mrs- Go with one of the small school coaches I mentioned above
Houston- now this is a tough one, Houston has to try to find someone that runs an offense like theirs or they will go into rebuilding, I'm not sure.
Fresno State- one of the Big Sky coaches would be a good option but it looks like they're going with Tim DeRuyter.
Hawai'i- not sure looks like they're going with Koetter.
