Garbage time TDs, like garbage time yards don't really matter, do they? Especially if the reason the redskins were playing catch up to begin with is because KC threw a terrible pass into double coverage in the third quarter to let the redskins opponents go up by two scores.

You mean to tell me you don't remember that happening with some frequency when he was here?

Don't get me wrong, I think that the 2018 Redskins - the one with the sick dline, and the above average secondary play - could probably cover up some of his mistakes had KC chose to stay here. But he didn't. And this weekend was another shining example of everything that KC is - a legit #1 qb with a penchant for boneheaded ints.

Also, the one terrible int won't show up in the stat line for a no-doubt-about-it top 10 qb in the league like KC, but we sure as shit can remember them. See "End of Redskins Season vs giants."

Your hate for KC is obvious. He didn’t throw many INTs and I have debunked the idea he did his damage in garbage time frequently, actually breaking down the stats.

According to Football Outsiders, the Vikings pass protection ranking is 13th, right below Washington's (12th), and although their sack ranking is 23rd (10 spots worse than the redskins), their adjusted sack rate of 6.2% is one tenth of a percentage point below the redskins.

The Vikings pass protection is on par with the redskins, which means that opponents pressure KC more often than they do Alex Smith, EVEN THOUGH KC's good against pressure.

It isn't because the Vikings have a bad offensive line. Their oline's pass protection rankings wouldn't be on par with the redskins then, who don't have a bad offensive line.

It's because he makes boneheaded plays.

Being called an old man doesn't bother me. I am proud to have lived the life I have lived and make no apologies. When I see a person bullying others I don't like it. You have done that repeatedly. As far as the people giving dad shit. I am tired of that too. This guy gives a lot of time to one of the best forums on the Hoop. He and I have had differences but we figured it all out. Everyone got that you were taking a shot. You tried to pawn it off as though Cousin's made a bonehead mistake. All I did was just ask did you watch to see what happen or just run to the forum to get your pound of flesh. It was clearly the latter.

We, the aka "Cousin's nut huggers" get that some of you don't like him. That is fine. I am not mad at coach for his position. I don't agree with him but he is entitled to have that position just as much as we are entitled to have the opposite opinion.

Some post that us "nut huggers" are not Redskin fans or we shouldn't talk about him because he is not a Redskin. Well, we are entitled to do that too. Why wasn't I told not to talk about Ryan Clark or Antonio Pierce etc? I still route for the Redskins, so does dad, j_y, shark and gk.

Some say we shouldn't say negative things about Smith and we aren't being good fans. I seem to remember criticizing all the Spurrier QBs, Campbell, Grossman, Beck just as the ABC crowd criticized Cousin's. The current QB isn't playing well he is rated in the lower half of every QB stat except INTs. YPA is very low. He is on pace to throw less than 20 TDs at the moment. His completion percentage for someone who isn't throwing the ball very far is poor.
