Got nobody in the farm. Before the start of the season Baseball America has the M’s with the worst farm system. May require trading draft picks even though baseball only allow trading compensatory picks lol.

Might be the worst but top 10 prospects are still top 10.

How is Rumbelow a major league pitcher? Those pitches just screams hit me out of the park. Disgusting

Add Rumbelow to another awesome pitching trade by DIP.

Guess I made the right call to leave for happier things. What a shit fest that game turned into.

Lost more ground to two of our division rivals clawing to reach us and at 5-5 over the last 10 they are sputtering at best into the all star break where they get to sit around and ask wtf is going on.

Lots of baseball left, but this is sure feeling more and more like the Seattle Mariners v41.0

Earlier this season we had a couple of games where the pen had to hold a long game and did. Just not feeling so confident they can score enough runs with how they've been playing even if the pen does something special. Hope I'm wrong.

But at the time the Mariners had two guys who could start in the pen in Lawrence and Whalen. It's hard to go bullpen heavy when realistically they don't have a bonefide long man in the pen now as Phelps is hurt and the best long man they have in Erasmo (who Jerry wants to start for some dumb reason) is as well.

I believe the backup catchers aren’t very good at calling these games. Been horrific since Z went out.

The more things change...well, you know the saying by now; we've lived it since Piniella left the team.

The number of games over .500 by now seem like nothing more than a fluke. Servais destroys yet another pitcher and is intent on keeping him out there so he can dig us a deeper hole.

Fuck you, Servais. I hope you're canned by the ASB.

He’s here to stay, Dipoto just loves him, extension coming soon ...

All this talk about the pitching which I guess is fair because of an 11 run game. But regardless I point out again that this offense is incapable of picking up the pitching even for a game. In the middle innings this was a 4-1 game but it might as well have been 10-1 at that point because just putting together two hits in a row is a challenge for this team right now.

Have Gamel or Span leadoff, bench Heredia and have Dee hit 9th. Quit trying to fit square pegs in round holes.

This is sooooo Mariners- Our (suppose to be) 2 Aces are both now out with "sore" backs. Seager supposedly has been dealing with a "sore" toe. WTF happened with the lady Dr. they hired who was suppose to work with the guys to avoid issues like this. The AS break can't get here fast enough. My ass is "sore" from sitting and watching these shit shows as of late. Maybe is should see their lady Dr. to give my ass some comfort? :pound:

Not sure about dropping Dee to 9th, but I think it is time to move Haniger to CF until Cano comes back. I still love Heredia and think he can be an everyday starter but dude he hasn't had the baseball experience and doesn't have the Trout like talent to do on the job training against big league pitchers.

I am or at least out of lead off spot. I get he's fun and fast but he is providing nothing else offensively. You cant have a guy with a historically low walk rate lead off if you are contending.

I agree, but Segura is perfect where he is at and I'm not a fan of Gamel or Span leading off. But might be worth a shot, not sure but they need to do something to spark the offense.

Yea I'm definitely leaving Jean where he is. I don't think Gamel or Span are perfect options either but they are better then Dee I'm sure because they can walk and provide a little pop.
