12 players likely to make team that our 30 or older

The 2018 Redskins are likely to have 12 players 30 or older on the roster

to be expected but we needto get young guys in to groom when these older guys start showing signs

No offense but quite a few of these guys are non-factors. Others have low mileage &/or play positions where they can play well into their 30s (Sunberg, Nsekhe & McCoy since he has basically no mileage in a long time). The obvious exception is Smith, but he should also still be able to play for quite a while & IMO the Skins will be looking for his eventual replacement next offseason.

I don't think that this is anywhere near the concern it was several years ago when the Skins didn't value the draft. I also think that they will find the younger replacements by continuing to the draft wisely.

i dont see any thing we need to "worry " about . we have a lot of picks in the next draft and not much cap space . i think we have time to groom prospects
