I don't believe we have ever done an NFL draft like the one we are doing right now with MLB.

How about something like 8 players from each year 1973, 1988, 2003

OR

12 players from 1976 & 12 players from 1996

Or we can include some kind of cap into it as well...

I like that idea ....... (which one I won’t tell)

I think if we go with the years, we should keep it uncapped. I prefer 73, 88, 03, but as always, I am up for whatever the group prefers.

88 was not a strike year, correct? I think that was 87. If not, we should not make it include the strike year. Unless Ritz wants to draft some scabs. Gizmo Williams?

Only problem with 73,88,03 is that almost makes it a wide open draft as we won't be missing out on many players from a 30 year period.

I think 2 years would work better than 3 with the NFL.

Well, I just think it will be difficult to find at least 64 players from the 50's and I don't like to include current players in all time drafts.
