So what are your thoughts about the CCG? After watching Stanford take apart Notre Dame I'm officially nervous about this one. USC needs to score early to get Stanford out of running it all day. I trust UScs dbs can do a better job than NDs DBs so USC needs to get Stanford in 3rd in really long because anything less than 3rd n 6 Stanford will just run.

USC should win this and should win it running away.

But I hope they trip up and Stanford wins it because fuck USC. I don't give two shits about what implications it has on how the conference looks or whatever nonsense is discussed in some Pac12 media circles.

UW places in a better bowl if USC wins out and goes to a NY6 and still I say fuck that. Alamo, Holiday, who cares?

Bottom line - if USC wins there's a great chance they end up in a NY6 bowl leaving most likely UW in the Alamo.

Stanford wins UW gets knocked down to the Holiday bowl most likely.

So pick your poison. Pull for the north (or just have USC hate like I do) at the detriment that your bowl selection will probably be worse. Pull for USC if you care about being in the very best bowl you can reach. That probably applies to everyone in the conference that is bowl eligible.

Same here. It can go so many ways but like you i think it will still be close going into the fourth quarter. I was hoping to get Porter Gustin back for this game but no word on him practicing yet so it's doubtful.

LOL. That reminds me of year one of the Kiff. I think it was Robert Woods or Nelson Alghlor. It was bubble screen after bubble screen. Everyone in the stands was yelling enough with the bubble screens. lol

Ok it was year two 2011 and it was Robert Woods. Woods caught 17 passes that day. Marquise Lee caught another 5. Woods had 3 TDs but USC only beat Minn 19 to 17 . USC didn't score after the second quarter. But they kept throwing bubble screens all day. And from the score Kiffin must have gone for two a cpl times and didn't get it. Typical Kiff.

The Fiesta is obligated to take the PAC champ this year since the Rose is a playoff game. If Stanford loses I have seen a lot of predictions of Stanford v. Michigan in the Holiday just to get the whole teacher has become the student hype going.
