I browsed through the final day on the DVR on Monday.

Pretty cool.

Coco tied or set a record with 3 points in a Davis Cup final, and 8 cups in a Davis Cup season.

It was different to have the doubles match be the deciding match, but it was an exciting match.

First USA team to win FED Cup since 2000.

I went to the Fed Cup finals in San Diego a few years ago. The USA got steamrolled by Italy. Coco played and she didn't do so well. It was way before she was ready for such competition. Melanie Oudin won the only match for the USA.

It was back before Melanie got sick. It's really too bad the way her career imploded. She had good potential.
