A lot of it wasn't Darnold. He tried to get the young guys going early and they dropped quite a few passes. When he started going to the more experienced guys, things got a lot better.

Good mini comeback by USC today. Too many horses in the end and it tired out WM in the 4th Q. Good game and it was a great gesture by both teams to allow the blind snapper a chance to snap the rock on the extra point. That was very nice to see something like that which is very meaningful to that young man. Good luck for the rest of your season USC and WM who had a very good showing today despite losing a ton of talent and their HC.

I was impressed but not surprised in Dallas. Just couldn't handle the TE. Today they got worn down by a superior team. But I wasn't expecting to compete in tMAC this year tbh. And they might be able to do that. Idk. But I love seeing a non-weirdo in charge on the sidelines. Minnesota is gonna regret that move. Shoulda begged Coach Kill to come back...

This game may be a blessing in disguise. Had we walked away with a beat down on WMU, we might be a bit over pumped for Stanford. I am hoping this game gets the Trojans focused this week in practice because both the O and D lines of Stanford are beastly to say the least. If USC can't fix their tackling problems, Stanford will walk all over us.
