Agreed. UW has to travel across country for the first game of the season, it's replacing its entire secondary other than a sophomore safety, their biggest scoring threat is now in the NFL, and Petersen pulls his starters early in the 2nd half if they go up big. I have Washington @ -22

I know Florida State will be opening up around #2 or #3, but don't you just get the feeling that Alabama easily covers the four? These are the kind of spotlight showdowns early in the season that they flat out own and I don't mean usually, I mean always. They lost quite a bit on defense, but I can just see the next wave of studs standing up making plays and fucking batter ramming that leaky offensive line and that QB. They simply dominate in these types of games and I see no reason why this season would be any different.

True and they bring a lot back. I think they'll be a little overrated this year and I expect Alabama to handle them fairly easily.
