I need Lockett to reach most of his projected points or I'm screwed this week. And if Z misses more time I'm probably going to have to cut someone I don't want to.
It’s a kicker dude they don’t hold any valueOh, you're saying I should just cut him? Nah, I'll try to make a 2 for 1 trade before resorting to that.
Dude. Cut the kicker. Dan Bailey, one of the most accurate kickers ever, just signed with the Vikings. Since he didn't play the first two weeks, I guarantee he's available. Your replacement is right there. It's not that hard
You thought way too hard about that.Nope. I've decided the nature of his injury it's too unpredictable whether he will even return back to form this year.
low floor is better than a goose egg for an indeterminate amount of timeIn a 10 or 12 team league, I'd tend to agree with that. The size of my league means I'm in more danger of winding up with a kicker with a low week to week floor.
logic. boom.low floor is better than a goose egg for an indeterminate amount of time
You really think I'd go a few weeks without rostering an active kicker? I mean, I could have probably gotten away with it since I am 2-0 and have Mark Ingram. Alas, I picked up his replacement for free. And since I don't like to cycle through more than 2 or 3 kickers in a season, I will try to pick up a kicker who already had a bye week by the time Z gets back. Zuerlein might well be a league winner though. Don't be surprised if he is in the top 3 of most common denominators of championship teams.
