Some honest ones that I've experienced first hand are:

UT : As much as I don't like the Vols, something about 100k+ people singing 'Rocky Top' is impressive. This might have been better since we beat them every time I've been fortunate enough to go, but regardless, what a scene.

Auburn: I dig the eagle.

LSU: Night games - just that much drinking in that city, it's the truth definition of 'Death Valley'

Taxas A&M - Now this one I haven't seen, but the night before parade that they do just looks absolutely incredible.
