I thought it was OK. Nice beginning and ending, rough wordy middle. Nice to see everyone again, and I liked the old opening credits.

I read numerous places that have seen the first 4 episodes say the first one was not so good but the other 3 are.

I thought the show was excellent and I'm glad to see it back.

Definitely a walk down memory lane. I'm tempted to re-watch the series on netflix but that is quite the commitment with the number of episodes.

Felt like the XFiles.

Such a unique show when it was on. Glad it's back, even if for a short run.

Pretty good opener...but they could have easily extended tonight's episode to 2 hrs to cover more of that particular story line, but all in all it was decent. That being said, there's a new ep airing on Monday night...where it will stay each week for the remaining 4 installments.

I thought the episode was meh. Duchovny just seems weary and worn. Dialogue was cliched and I think they trotted out every single Internet conspiracy from the last 10 years.

Felt rushed to me? I dunno.

Good to have it back and I don't want to say I was disappointed but it just seemed like it moved awful fast. Like everything was just taken at face value and moved along.

It kind of had the same feel of the 24 return premier, I liked it but did not love it.

Being a huge fan of both shows, I cannot find myself disliking a show with Jack Bauer, or a show with BOTH Mulder and Scully in it.

The prior two seasons of the X-Files, with Mulder largely being MIA because Duchovny is a total douche, were a disaster.

I'll probably watch this to the end.

Yeah, I thought last night's episode was a little wordy and preachy, but I figured that's because it was the setup episode. If they had a real season or even just one semester, it might have been less clunky. Very excited about tonight's show.

It's just a mini-series, as was 24 a couple years, but FOX apparently is open to restarting the series if the ratings continue to be as strong as they've been so far.

Two episodes in, I have to say this has been pretty awesome. The visual effects have been great, and the story arc is compelling.

It also seems like we're going to get a deviation from the main story, with a "monster of the week" episode next week, like was so prominent in the early seasons. Cannot wait.
