I remember one of the times that Des Moines was hosting it, the ad telling fans to buy tickets like a month or 2 early, they told matches (with the title holders) that was going to be shown. Of course it was after the next PPV and the belt was changed, so it was obvious to me that time who was going to win that match.

I have been told by people who have gone to watch it live that they have matches shown on the tickets when they buy it. That way they know what to put on signs. IDK how true it is.

I always figured WWE were making the signs and then selling them at the entrance. :noidea:

Seems odd that fans would have signs for shit that nobody was supposed know was going to happen yet.

It's a lot easier with Smackdown. Smackdown actually happens on Tuesday, but airs on Friday. Raw is live. Youtube usually has spoilers if you want to look for them.

You can usually find Smackdown in parts on Dailymotion on Friday during the day.

Does it matter? During the attitude era the guys on the east coast would post the results to us fans on the west coast yet it still got amazing ratings out here. I know so many people who only tuned into Raw because we knew Mankind would win the title.

Aside from PPVs and title matches, do people really care if Randy Orton beats Sheamus on RAW? There are almost always context clues about who is going to win (or not lose). For example, a guy billed defending his title for a PPV isn't going to lose a title match on the RAW the week before.

Well, that was because Schiavoni (sp) was a dumbshit and thought that spoiling that on Nitro would HURT Raw.

They just couldn't grasp that smarks LOVED Foley.

That bit of buffoonery was Bischoff's idea. Schiavone was just following orders.

I actually wish they would every now and then have a guy drop a title in that situation, it might make things more interesting.

Wasn't talking about strictly Raw. Us on the west coast could find the results of a "live" wrestling show because it had already happened.
