I doubt it, but it would be funny if it were someone like Lance Thomas that causes the NCAA not to recognize Duke as National Champions. It will be interesting to see what kind of press this gets.

Nothing will happen, Swofford wouldn't stand for it.

Living on Tobacco Road (or being UVA) protects you from receiving fair and proper punishment while still allowing you to push for harsh punishment of others.
