All the drafts are done and just waiting on the season to start.

Monday can't get here soon enough.

UVA game should be fun. I get to watch it in the work cafe with a bunch of Sparty fans.

UVa v. MI State should be a great game, but it sucks that it will be played at the same time as Louisville v. KY. Lots of good college hoops this weekend, though.

This particular week is even worse than the same week in previous years since they utterly bungled the start of the season last week. Sure go ahead and start the season in AU.. But not 2 frigging weeks ahead if schedule!

No doubt. Wasn't it only a few years ago that "opening day" meant the day that every team played its first game? To me, that's how it ought to be.

Well it doesn't seem like it was too terribly long ago b it was that way. .Then it was about half on day, half the next. . Which is tolerable. . But this? Just dumb.

That will be a great game too.

Thing is, Kentucky hoops fans have it good. Louisville and KU make deep runs seemingly every year. UVA has not made it this far in 20 years.
