Baseball is primarily a regional sport. The start times should reflect the regions participating.

The WS should have focused on EST convenience (7 PM EST start times). The 2002 WS (SF vs Ana) should have focused on PST convenience (10 PM EST start times). Series that include both need to focus on the home team, but they need to wait for west coasters to get home from work, which means no earlier than 9 PM EST.
