I say stick with Monster for goaltenders right now, we seem to play better and he seems to be giving us the better chance at winning atm.

in all reality though the wings deserved to win this game, at least more than the panthers. Wings outplayed them for 40 minutes, got a goal called back that was absolute bullshit and hit 2 or 3 goal posts

Agree with everything you wrote, Howard did have a respectable game, but in the shootout he just plain sucks. The team as a whole unit better figure it out real quick, they don't play a full game, especially crappy in the 3rd period.

Wingingit has it right. We just are unable to play a full 60 minutes anymore. Granted, we are without Z, who can play in any situation, and without our quickest forward, Helm, and without our smartest player on the backend, DeKeyser; but, that shouldn't prevent those who are available to play each shift with abandoned. Our biggest issue, as I see it, is that the power play seems nonexistent, and there are too many instances of going brain dead by too many players, especially in our end. Countless times, when a pass can be made, the decision to play the "waiting game" creates costly turnovers. When a pass is available, immediacy is "always" the best policy.
