If Denver wins next week they're in. So, do we hold the tiebreaker over Oakland? If so...we could lose and still get in if the Jets lose (which they will).

I know we have the tiebreaker over Tennessee.

If the Bengals and the Jets both lose, a Raiders win puts the Titans in the playoffs...assuming the Titans beat the Texans, that is.

So it's possible that Carson Palmer could still cost the Bengals a playoff spot in a different uniform.

If the Jets and Raiders both lose we're in regardless. That's a plausible scenario as the Jets are going to Miami and the Raiders play the Chargers....and Carson is a choker.

I actually thinks this scenario is more likely than a Bengals win against the Ravens..

All pessimism aside, I really like the idea of a rematch with Houston in the first round.

There is no chance the Broncos sneak into the #3 seed is there?

Oh, and a win next week could also set up a potential Round 2 match up against Pittsburgh, but only if the Pats lay down next week. I'd actually much prefer a 3rd shot at the Steelers.
