Game Thread: Wichita St./Kentucky

OK, I have been waiting all year for Kentucky to start playing as though they have 5 NBA picks on the floor. Today is the day and for me the key is Andrew Harrison. Has he figured it out yet on how to get the rest of the team playing. He has one of the best 3 point guys around in James Young and the inside guys are the most physical in CBB. Randle, Poythres, Johnson, and Culley-Stein are all very big and physical men. Wichita St. better have the "big boy" pants on today.

For Wichita St. to prevail, they will just have to continue to play great team ball and overcome the size and physical strength issues.

Probably the most intriguing matchup for me so far. Untested Witchy vs underachieving Tucky. I like Tucky in this one but will become a Witchy believer if they win.

Kentucky folds like a lawn chair in this one. They're extremely young and just not a very good team. Wichita State is going to cream them.

This is probably the most boring game of the day IMO.

I think anyone that is overlooking WSU because of their schedule is making a mistake. They play some very good ball. But I could care less about WSU.


I'm pulling for UK to win this cause I used to live in Richmond KY and still have a brother there. Seeing UK go on a run here wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit.
