Why no DL designation?

So I've got Harvey in one of my keeper leagues but he still has no DL designation by ESPN. I called their fantasy hotline and they told me they don't put DL labels on players until the MLB gives them it. My question, when in Sam hell will that happen? Dude won't be pitching til September at the earliest, if ever this season.

Seems petty, but I sure could use that extra bench spot.

Anyone else having issues with their players not receiving DL designations?

Same with Corbin. He's done for the year. Why wouldn't he already get put on the DL?

I read that Michael Bourn is on or headed to the DL, but he hasn't been designated DL eligible on my espn roster yet. Guess it doesn't matter, unless someone grabs Sizemore before I can send Bourn to the DL!

Could be the respective team hasn't officially put them on the DL because they haven't decided on 15 day or 60 day? (No idea why Corbin hasn't) Or they don't have any pressing need to add anyone to the 40man. I have several guys who are out(Chapman with a wrecked face) that aren't on the DL technically yet either. Probably won't be till opening day.

In Harvey's case he was activated from the 60 day dl last october.. must've been some procedural move. .But since rosters dont have to be finalized until opening day. .The club(s) are under no pressure to do anything. Josh Johnson and Cole Hamel are the same story. . Frustrating, but same thing every year.

Might want to check again TD, I added Bourn to the DL last night. (Might have been FanTrax instead of ESPN though. But he's on the 15 day DL, retroactive to March 21st.)

Anything that prevents you from beating me, is good by me. (It's killing me that one guy I need to own is just sitting there on the wire in the keeper league. Killing me I tell you!). Josh Beckett was finally placed on the DL, saved me from cutting him.

Clayton Kershaw has been scratched from his Sunday start due to an inflamed back muscle.
Kershaw felt some tightness during a workout Tuesday, and an MRI on the back showed some inflammation in the upper left part of his back. Ohh!! Those are the worst! Player had been placed on the DL.. It's all over all the sorts news sites and shows. . Yet you're host site takes it's sweet assed time getting it updated..
