How long do you people plan on living? I have lots of family in their 70's and 80's that have been eating gravy all their lives. This "gravy is the debil" shit is a bunch of hogwash. Gravy is good for you and anyone that disagrees is unAmerican!

I don't even use milk. I use half and half or heavy cream.


Cook the spicy sausage, don't drain. Poor in the cream or h&h. Add some black pepper. Slowly add corn starch to get to the proper consistency.

While that's simmering. Fry a few eggs.

I had some last night with Ham, mashed potatoes, bread and corn. That stuff is amazing for coming out of a glass jar. However, I had the brown gravy version.
