That is ridiculous....I have met him and worked with Philip on the San Pasqual Academy and there is nothing wrong with him.

Flacco says he has ALWAYS been impressed with Philip on and off the field.


And unlike Cutler, he talks trash but never, ever, swears on the field or off.
