He would be a good pick. Another one would be Peat from Stanford. Moses is going to miss most of the preseason so I dont see how we can count on him this year. Even if he can play, we need depth at T.

The premise of this thread assumes we'll be trading down at some point. If so, and we get, say, Cleveland's two first round picks, we may be able to nab Peat (or one of the top linemen like Clemmings or Collins) and Alabama safety Landon Collins. If we're able to pull that off, that would be quite a coup.

Before I can honestly answer your question, I would need to know 2 things, ...........#1 where did the tradedown put us?.........AND..........#2 what was the compensation resulting from that trade?

I would too. Completely blown pick if we got him. Get good o-linemen and you can have lesser RBs looking like Melvin Gordon. I hate to say this, but the team we should modeling ourselves after are the Cowboys. They used three of their first rounders in the past four years on their o-line and it's done wonders for them.

Flowers, Collins, Waynes.... At first glance what we would be getting for our 5th is terrible, but considering what we need...a 3rd and 4th for the 10th could make us bite.
