So are we not counting the 2011 season for the Patriots then? I mean they did go to the Super Bowl that year.

Seattle.Who are you going to be rooting for in the playoffs?

I do not disagree with your assessment. So with that we look at the fact that New England has quite a few more wins, 4 straight conference championship game appearances. Seattle has a ton of ground to make up if they are going to be team of the decade without winning another Super Bowl. Right now really only 2 Super Bowl wins by any team other than New England gets them into that conversation.
No doubt. Brady looks unstoppable this year, but look at what happened to Manning from one year to the next. Hell, even look at what is happening to Luck. He went from 40 TD season last year to on pace for about 20 this year. Nothing is written in stone in this league.[/QUOTE
True and I'm sure he will regress but he has played 48 games less than Manning , so about 1800 passes more on the arm

Any team that has won a SB this decade would vault to the top with another Lombardi. The # of Lombardi's should determine who is the winner of this debate.
Exactly. That is the #1 criteria. After that I would say if there is a tie then playoff appearances probably plays a role or divisional titles. Beyond that then would be total wins.
Ahh, back when hordes of Seattle fans swarmed every poll.
