I never said they had more talent or that the conferences were comparable but streaking is streaking and hawaii is playing well. I personally dont have them beating Cal but they are a popular pick to pull an upset and I can see why, i just dont agree with it. thats all I was pointing out.

Hawaii is a very good,team. Sure,their conference isn't as good as the P12 but Hawaii played 3 tourney teams this year and played quite well in those games losing close game to Oklahoma and Texas Tech while dominating UNI. There is absolutely no reason to believe they can't compete with a talented but very young Cal team. Plus to be frank Cal has been putrid this year vs tourney teams,in road/neutral games going a stellar 0-7 in those games.

Middle Tennessee also looked like a team that is going to absolutely fall apart at midnight. That was a good shooting day for Steph Curry. And Middle Tennessee would usually be happy to even be compared to Seth Curry. They can't keep shooting like that.
