Frank Reich, no doubt. He was instrumental in turning around the Colts.

And Nagy wasn't with the Bears? I say Nagy. Just look at the record, last year to this.
I will admit I looked it up . I said to my self colts was the no. 3 pick with 4 wins and bears had 5 wins . if you look at colts they still have all 11 draft picks connected to the team . get rid of adam and they would be youngest team in the league I bet .

Gtfo with Nagy. Gruden is just as much of a reason for the Bears success as Nagy is.

“Coach what do you think happened there up against (insert team name)?”
“Ah I need to coach better”

“Coach what was your game plan for Deshawn?”
“Ah I need to cal better plays”

I can’t wait for the excuses! Can you!?!?? Can fucking You!! @RobToxin already killed himself via alcohol. I’m soon to follow. Bill O’Brien the death of us all, our bird box is his butt chin.

It's close between John Harbaugh, Frank Reich, and Pete Carroll.

Frank Reich deserves credit for turning around the Colts. Didn't they start 0-4 or 0'-5?

Pete Carroll certainly did more with less in Seattle.

The guy who replaced By in Cleveland should get some love.

I would vote for the guy with the Rams, though. Look at what he has done as opposed to Jeff Fisher.

No one is saying it, and he is listed as a candidate so I'll say it here first, Sean McVay.

Here's why, he was supposedly a gimmick guy, and a system guy who would be exposed in his second year. He had too many 'personalities' and head cases to heard. It was going to be a step back for this dude, and what does he do?

McVay quietly goes and runs up a 13-3 record, all while losing for the most part his cornerstone in the backfield in Talib for a good chunk of the season, his slot receiver in Kupp for the rest of season, mid season, a guy that makes the passing game click. His Pro Bowl return man in Cooper for the season, mid season, and a likely candidate for offensive player of the year in Gurley for a handful of important road games, and who was oft injured.
