I think what he's trying to get at is that a top 50 RPI team/win today isn't necessarily a top 50 RPI team/win at the end of the season, which means counting those wins now makes no sense. RPI isn't quite as useful 9 games into the season as it is at the end of the season, in other words.

Unfortunately not my friend. Something tells me Incarnate Word doesn't end up in the top 50 either! And I have a sneaking suspicion our win over Gardner Webb doesn't get us a top 30 RPI win either. FUCK is right!

Ever seen what happens when you put salt on a slug? that's what the RPI will do between now and the end of the season. Happens every year.

I'd strongly disagree with that. IMO the B1G is very much down this year, at the top, in the middle and at the bottom. Last year you'd have a good argument as it being the best.

Im thinking that too. Lost a lot of talent Conference wide. But it's early. Im not betting against the BIG improving as the season goes on and then doing damage in March.
