Considering his incredibly slow start to the season, which even by his standards was awfully late. But he sure has been on fire of late!

Great win, but I wish we could have saved some of those runs for tomorrow.

The best part of this win happened in the White Sox dugout - when Abreau got so excited about Moncada scoring on his Sac Fly with a slide at the plate - that Abreau ran up and down the dugout reenacting the slide to a jazzed White Sox player group. It was one of the first real sparks of life I've seen from this team.

The 2nd spark of life was the last out of the game when the Sox and Twins got close to a brawl on the Ruiz tag out.

Other than that - Seby Zavala becoming an MLB catcher and hitter is great news for the rest of the season. Oh, and Luis Robert is going on a tear.

Haven't heard any follow up on La Pantera, hope it's nothing more serious than something like dehydration. He's arguably been our MVP to this point of the season. Anyway, I at least got the minimum of what I hoped for in that even if the Sox lose the next two games - and of course I hope they don't - we at least split the two series with our divisional rivals, which I felt was essential. Now let's see if we can take these last two games, or at least a split between them.

Nice series to finish the break. Problems with this team remain but they have a great shot at winning this division.
