The next 8 games Vs. Cleveland and Minnesota are yet another chance for the Sox to recover on the season.
While we can afford an overall split, we definitely cannot end up with more losses than wins in these two series. Of course preferably we use this opportunity to go on a tear. The next 8 games Vs. Cleveland and Minnesota are yet another chance for the Sox to recover on the season.
Well, our loveable heroes play much better outside the friendly confines of Guarantee Rate Field. While we can afford an overall split, we definitely cannot end up with more losses than wins in these two series. Of course preferably we use this opportunity to go on a tear.
Sadly, that's true. A team's home record should always be better, but for whatever reasons, we do better on the road.Well, our loveable heroes play much better outside the friendly confines of Guarantee Rate Field.
Nostradamus has nothing on you.Looks like my prediction was pretty spot on.
Well, at least we salvaged the nightcap. I know the Sox have had somewhat of a shitfest as far as this season goes, so few names to be associated with the AS game. But for Cease not to be named to the pitching squad is flat out criminal. Flat fucking out criminal.
Leads the league in both strikeouts (to your point) and walks (sadly, not to your point...also one of the worst WHIP's among starters in the majors)...When you're not a household "star power" name you kind of have to be lock cinch statistically, especially when there's the 1 player minimum per team rule.
All that said, yeah, f*ck 'em anyway. Dylan 4 prez.
