Since the Seahawks have the #1 seed they play the lowest seed winner from the following games:

#6 Saints @ #3 Eagles
#5 49ers @ #4 Packers

Since the Seahawks play the lowest seed that automatically eliminates the Eagles since they are the highest seed without a bye.

That leaves us with the Saints, 49ers and Packers.

Which of these three would you prefer to see the Seahawks play?

I'd personally rank it in this order:

1. Saints
2. 49ers
3. Packers

I rank it like this because the Seahawks destroyed the Saints last time they played them and we beat the 49ers by a pretty good margin as well. It's not that I think the Packers are a better team than the Saints or 49ers, it is just the uncertainty of playing a team we have not played since last year.

I'd actually like to see the winner of SF vs. the Packers. Both of the game have great story lines and I think whoever wins next weekend is going to be very banged up. We just got to go in pumped up and hopefully the coaching staff will focus on what we did successfully in the 2nd half instead of the shite we were offering against the Lambs early yesterday. Pound the rock and attack the middle. We can't just run this "don't risk throwing the ball over the middle and let the defense do its job" crap or we're going to be looking at another situation like we did against the Falcons last year.

Packers, mainly because I don't think we can do the same thing twice to the saints. There are a good team and will be wanting blood. (not saying we can't win but to think it would be a blow out is something I can't see)

Packers. They have no defense and our O has been struggling lately.

I'll put our D up against anyone, especially at home so I'll root for the weakest defense to come play us.

definitely the packers, they needed a miracle to beat chicago and that team stinks.

the chances they beat the niners are pretty low though I think.

Hmm one case for the Packer's would be to beat them and have those fans shut up about Tate's catch and send them packing home.

:agree: But mostly because they are the worst team left in the NFC and if we get them, that means that the Saints and 49ers are already eliminated!!

I'm pretty certain the 7-9 Hawks were everyone's preferred opponent in 2010 due to their record....they neat New Orleans, and moved on to Chicago. I want the Niner's. I want to kick the shit out of them, and shut their yaps until Sept. 2014.

Having home i just don't fear any team tbh, sure there is questions about the offense but i am feeling very confident for the Hawks against anyone at home in the playoffs.

I have no preferences but Rodgers not 100% so it has to be Packers.

He was out for nearly two months and it's possible that he could have played before yesterday and been perfectly fine, but they decided to hold him out until they absolutely needed him. I think he'll be about as close to 100% as you can get this time of year unless the Niners rough him up next week.

Packers.

First of all it would mean they took SF out in the first game and that would be awesome. I mean who wouldn't want to see them go without any playoff wins this year? Am I right?

Second, Rogers is still rusty and coming back into form and the sooner you can face him the better. I mean if you are going to face him anyway, get it over with.

Third, of those in the list GB has the worst defense IMO and a game at home against our D with our fans isn't going to be good for any offense no matter who is running it.

Last, pay backs for the fail mary and all that nonsense. I want to beat the holy fuck out of them and leave no doubt who the better team is.

:agree: You summed up that up very well. I especially like the last part.

Saints - Their Defense isn't great and we stopped their playmakers already this year, without BB even. They will come with a different gameplan, but I don't see us losing to them. They have lost 2 straight in Seattle and if by some miracle they can pull off a win against the Eagles on the road in the weather, it would be good for us. I think they are the weakest team in the NFC playoffs. GB is a close second. Their Defense is worse, but their overall offense, run game, and QB are better imo.

A perfect world would be the Saints and Packers winning this weekend.

But remember dude, they have to "fly 6,000 miles (Gruden, Dumbass)" home! Just not fair they come up here and lose.

I would like to see the Seahawks put the final nail in the Niners coffin to end their season.

I rather see the 49ers be one and done, second choice we kick them out of the playoffs.

:agree:

As much as I hate the Niners, I will give props where due and say they are better than the Aints or the Packers.
