Oh I ain't saying Corum is gonna be all that, if anything, but I do think he's gonna get every chance, and just assuming that Harbaugh will be the guy to give it to him.

Personally, I've got Corum like #5 RB this class, in a class that is just blah at best
I prolly have him around third. But I might be biased there, having watched his career unfold. Had he not got hurt in 22, I most likely would’ve been higher on him coming out. Even with all his TDs this year.

Will say I’ve always liked him far more than Charbonet, who saw the writing on the wall and transferred.

Well that's good, cuz out of all the 'highly rated' RB's last years, Charbs was the one I just was flabbergasted as to why anyone thought he was ever going to be a decent NFL RB..if Corum is better than him, that's a good start

Never have understood the lack of respect he gets on these boards.
Something about the way he plays. We all have our villains, guess he's mine. Along with Aaron Rodgers.

The last time OC Greg Roman coached with Harbaugh, Frank Gore had 266 touches. (Carlos Hyde added another 95 touches.)

Last year on the Ravens, Gus had 210 touches.
Meanwhile King Henry had 308 touches on the Titans.

Think Gus' touches go up.
Henry's touches are gonna dip.
With almost 100 more touches, only 391 yards separated them.
Yeah it will just depend on what has been discussed. Will the Chargers draft a RB? Specifically Corum. I would bet they would take a rookie RB and one that can get quite a bit of touches but if it’s Corum, that is a bad thing for Gus

Yeah I think at this point, Lamar will take whatever helps him become a super bowl winner. 2 MVP's is nice, but been there done that, he wants that next massive deal, he'll need a ring. Without it, not so sure any team will make that sort of commitment. He's proven to be a great video game type QB, but he needs to prove he can get to, and won, a superbowl to take that next step. Even if he is truly selfish, that's still the goal to cement your legacy. Certainly a selfish QB won't want to be in the Jim Kelly category of after thoughts when people discuss all time greats
As in Marino. ... came so close a couple of time but no trophies. ..

Don't take Henry. That looked good until the Ravens lost 3 starters from their OL to FA.

He certainly landed on his feet after being cut. Not often we see a guy lose his job and come out with a raise, in maybe an even better situation.

The guy that got his old job, for half the money, might be the FA shuffler who I see with the best shot of having a career year from the group.

Moss does has an advantage on everyone in the first place. Easier for him to have a career than Henry, Jacobs or Ekeler.

Swift feels like he’ll be back to more of the role he had in Detroit. But he got paid, so good for him.
Cinci traded him to Houston.

My bad.

Swore I saw he was cut before he signed that deal in Houston. Guess I missed he was traded for a 7th, then signed a new deal.

No worries....they found a trade partner in the Texas before the release went through.

I do admire the dedication and conviction that everyone has for Gus. I don't understand it, like at all, but I do admire it
Started as a joke. Mosty was a joke. But hes had enough carriers now. His numbers are pretty darn good. Hes pretty good athlete. Does it translate elsewhere? We may find out.

They have young backups they like at those positions. Will add another young talent here in the draft. The Ravens know how to build strong lines.

:whoppdeedoo: I can't say it's bad cause he'd actually be in the mix to lead the backfield at this time. .... surely that isn't the plan.

Chiefs won 2 SBs with CEH at RB

RB doesn't matter, just put anyone back there and you can also win a SB!
