As long as they get teams into the playoff, it doesn't matter.

If I were the OP, I would be hoping my team finds its defense long enough to slow OU down next week.

I guess the SEC is just now finding out about those dang blasted pass happy offense thingys.

They can't slow them down either.

IMO they did pretty good considering they gave up 355 yards less in seven overtimes than OU/WVU did in a regulation game.
Yeah, but each of those vaunted defenses only had one stop in 7 OT periods. :laugh3:

Next thing I hear is they were playing against very explosive offenses. That is why neither could stop the other but once in overtime.

7OT's and fewer offensive yards than the OU WVU game did in 4 quarters. Tell your friend that.

My team kept OU’s offense in check for 95% of the game. I’ll take the same scenario again....

Pretty easy to have when you play Vandy, Miss, Miss St., Arky, Lsu, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Not exactly offensive juggernauts.

SEC has 3 top 25 scoring offenses to the Big12's 4. Doesn't seem like you have tons of offensive "juggernauts" either.
SEC has 7 top 25 scoring defenses to the Big12's 0.

So you're saying the Big 12 has more scoring offenses with less teams gotcha.

Bama gave up 31 to Arkansas, Arkansas is bad but a Big12 kind of offense. Bama plays a full slate of Big12 offenses and they dont scare anybody defensively, guaranteed.

Pretty easy to have 1 more offense on the list when the Big12 has zero defenses in the top 25.

If that was the case, you would think a lot more of those Big12 offenses would be in that top 25, but they aren't.

Some do.

I abandon all these fucking narratives, as every game is different regardless of conference affiliation. There are trends, sure...but we all need to stop.

The TCU/Ok St game was 7-3 at the half.
Mizzou hung 28 on Arky in the first half.

Parity is affecting CFB more than ever and each game is a unique pairing of styles and schemes.

tOSU monkey-boning Michigan like that? Who among us had that one pegged?
KU putting up 40 on OU? GTFOOH
ND getting raced by hapless USC?

Enjoy the little bit of chaos we are awarded, as if everything went to plan it would be boring af.

Don't listen to the BOOGERS and COLINS. They are offering you an opinion, opinions are like assholes....everyone has one and everyone elses stinks worse than yours.

See you next weekend. I consider myself lucky just to have more football to watch...let alone my favorite team having more games to play.

fuck texico

I would say we will see in the playoffs, but...
