Depends on the offers, but he does have some nice value as he is not in danger to lose any touches... and he is being used more and more in the passing game as well... BUT he still doesn't have a TD, and it seems like SD is not a good team, so he is no better than a low end RB2, high end RB3/Flex...

Like Milk says, depends on the offers, but I'm guessing most, if not all of them, are "buy low" offers. He hasn't been doing a whole lot, decent, but not every week must start at RB2 stuff, so I doubt anyone is offering full price.
I wouldn't trade him for anything less than a strong bona-fide WR2 and a replacement low level RB

Valuing Gordon is tough.

People are seeking him because last week he was more involved in the passing game than ever before. That may have been a 1 week blip, or possibly a sign that Gordon is on the verge of seeing a substantial increase in his role at Woodhead's expense.

Gordon has to bust out sooner or later. Problem is he's sharing a lot of carries and can't get into a rhythm
