Ninja'd indeed, damn!

I get a craving for a sip of pop now and then. Also there are times when I need to burp and I will have a drink too. I am trying to stay far away from pop though.

Most people I know said that they dropped weight real fast when they first stopped the pop. I didn't. I also did not drop any weight when I started Plexus. I really do not know what the deal-o is with that. I don't eat bad or unhealthy.

How do you not include wine in the choices!!!
Red of course. Be it a $30 Cabernet, or a $5 Lambrusco. Jeez.

Edit: I too am off the sugared soda, although a Diet Coke or diet Mt Dew hits the spot with a spicy snack like chips and salsa or my favorite, light string cheese drowned in jalapeño flavored mustard!!

I saw something on the KTLA AM news today.....something in diet drinks kills your taste buds....just passing it along. Do with that info what you will.

Thanks, maybe that's why I need spicier and spicier food as I get older.

Yeah there could probably be a whole thread on diet sodas and aspartame. I think it all started with Rummy when he was an exec at Searle chemical company...
