Reading Saga too. It's pretty great. I'm on Chapter 34.

The artwork is great. The writing is pretty great.
Chapter 34???? Shit. If you don't mind me asking- are you currently in a federal penitentiary?

Saga was good, I enjoyed that one.

I picked up Preacher to see how close it was to the show. Only read the first volume though, may get the others.

Uh no. Just a fast reader, I guess?:noidea:

I work from home....does that count?
No. Unless you're getting a dick up your ass regularly that I don't know about, working from home is not the same as prison

I am enjoying Saga, but far too many dongs in volume 6. I'd like to keep the full frontal dongs to 0 per volume, if at all possible.

Sure ya would.

Yes, I would.

I finished 100 Bullets not too long ago, and I believe that had no dongs in it. Also, a pretty good story (kind of took a long time to get where it was going though)

I just picked up East of West volume 1. anyone read this yet? ANy good?

I haven't read Stray Bullets, so that might be B&W. 100 Bullets is where the guy goes around giving a case with a gun and 100 (untraceable) bullets to seemingly random people to exact vengeance on people who have ruined their lives, but as the story unfolds, it all starts tying together in a big (and cool) over-arching plot.

I heard Y was good, but some of it's been spoiler-ed for me. I might read it anyways. I've been reading Saga and Yusagi Yojimbo lately (YY is a super dense read, and just takes a shit-ton of time), so I'll get to The Last Man eventually.

5 volumes, that each has 20 issues. It's a long read. Worth it though.

How do you guys read your comics? Buy them at a comic book store? Online? Library? Illegal black-market bootlegging?

There's a few local book stores that actually carry a really good selection of graphic novels that I go to. I have tried reading e-books, and I just don't like that format. It's not an "old fashioned" thing, I adapt and change to just about anything else, but I don't like reading e-books. I like having the physical copy of the book in my hand, and I tend to re-read books a lot after a few year, so I usually buy instead of library them.
