O'Leary's just an overrated HC. Our recent success over the past 5 or so seasons really kind of masked his incompetence.

The 2013 season was really a product of the NFL talent we had with Bortles, Perriman, Plumber etc. than actual decent coaching. Any competent coach in the country likely would've had the same success with that same team.

He has a history of coaching not to lose, failing to make adjustments etc.
