If the Lions show up to play instead of being a schedule filler... I would much rather face the Seahawks in their home than the Giant at Ford Field.

Ours is an enigma.

Our run game hasn't finished in the top half of the league during this century. Most years they are in the bottom 5. This season may be the worst yet. We have Basically two rookies left at RB. Zenner has shown some promise but the coaching staff refuses to give him the ball consistently. We have no homerun potential in our run game so there is nothing to fear.

Our OL is young and plays like it. The veterans are underperforming their draft position. We don't Open up big holes for the RBs.

In pass protection the OL is just ok. When the pocket breaks down Stafford scrambles well but defenses have adjusted and/or he is doing it less during this losing streak. He ran for alot of first downs until a few weeks ago. Those brilliant runs are now turning into sacks and bad decisions to throw the ball.

Ours is considered the worst OL in the league. It is certainly the least paid OL in the league and it shows.
Our pass pro is lame and we don't blow open any holes either.
Ok, screw the run game. Tell me about the Lions passing game. We all know about Matt and Golden but how about the other guys that catch the ball?

Our pass pro is decent.
Run game is trash.
Abdullah was very impressive before getting hurt in the second game (5.6 YPC).
Zenner and Washington are bottom barrel talents with the former being a bit better.

It will probably be a really good game that we lose. Seattle has twice the talent the Lions have, especially on defense.

Were not a good team. That's why we fired the GM last year. But were headed in the right ditrection. Dozens of Ford Family friends who worked under the old man for the past 15-20 years in every dept from scouting to the weight room, were all fired. We have a fresh start, a seemingly good GM who nailed his first draft, a good staff and a good QB. Keep it moving.

I wouldn't say the secondary is terrible. I believe a lot of it is Teryl Austin letting the WR's catch passes, then the DB's and linebackers come up and make tackles.

The reason he does this is blatant lack of talent on the defense line.

Whats worse is they actually under performed. We have some talent. Ziggy is starting to feel better but has not helped. Hyder has made an impact. Bryant before the suspension was making plays (has not seen the field since). The rest have not. Ngata can not move anymore. Walker is non existent. Ashawn has developed but still not lighting it up. Taylor has fallen off after playing well at the end of last year. Noone has really stepped up other than Hyder.
